SHIPPING

Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude certain holidays. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for USPS Ground shipments.

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied. 

Awaken by Cinahi Muro will not be responsible for any problems encountered with delivery due to customs procedures or clearance.

Any shipments outside of the U.S. will have delivery times estimated to be 14-21 business days, but please note that delivery time may vary substantially depending on time spent in customs.

RETURNS

Here at Awaken we are happy to help with any items that have been damaged during shipment(including Art). If you are not happy with your product you can return it for your money back, as long as you pay the shipping cost.

*Only Art that has been damaged during shipment can be returned for your money back.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the product ship date in order to be processed. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

To process your return or exchange, simply contact our email at awaken.cinahi@gmail.com and include your order number and we’ll take care of the rest. We will refund the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling costs, back to the credit card you used.

Refunds may take up to ten business days to process. You must pay for the return shipping costs. Used product or products cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

If our carrier returns an order that is determined undeliverable due to refusal of delivery or an incorrect address being supplied at the time the order is placed, the customer will need to contact our customer service email for immediate assistance.
